We have reviewed and revamped our OMAA Awards rules and regulations. Please note that these new rules are in effect NOW and supersede all previous eligibility requirements. We strongly encourage you to review the attached rules PRIOR to submission so that you are in complete compliance and don’t risk your submission being rejected. Submissions are being accepted until May 31, 2024. Please complete this submission form with all required fields. If the field does not apply to your project please enter N/A.
You may only submit ONE (1) Artist/Project PER ONLINE FORM
The eligibility period covers recordings released from February 2022, 2023 through March 29, 2024 (Some Exceptions Apply – See OMAA Awards Rules and Regulations).
Eligible entries MUST meet the category specific charting and regulation requirements during the eligibility period.
Each entrant MUST upload a Dropbox link to the full album and/or single submitted along with completing the online Entry Form. If unable to upload the link to your music electronically you may email a Dropbox link of the full album and/or single to Nomination@ogonimusiciandarsawards.com – Apple Music, Spotify, boom play, or audiomack Links ARE ALL ACCEPTABLE
· Entries are submissions to be considered for placement on the first ballot by the omaa Review Committee. Your submission nor subsequent inclusion on the first or second ballots merits you being called a OMAA Nominee. Entries are not votes. Only one entry of the same recording in the same category is necessary.
· The OMA Awards Review Committee checks all entries to make sure they meet the specified requirements for inclusion. Charting duration/performance, appropriate category/genre placement and technical quality will be reviewed for inclusion on the ballot. All OMAA Awards Review Committee selections are final.
